Robert Milam Pettus, Native of Goliad, Texas, attended the University of Texas at Austin, and has been an Entrepreneur for the past three decades, specializing in the placement of antique and contemporary fine Jewelry, Antiques, Russian Icons, Silver, and Fine Art. Founding partner, Pettus and Vosatko (buying offices in San Antonio, Los Angeles and Santa Fe) and then Things Finer in Santa Fe (1979). Mr. Pettus has served as treasurer on the Board of the Santa Fe Institute of the Arts, contributed time and other support to a variety of local organizations including Open Hands and Aid and Comfort. He is a member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers. Mr. Pettus is married to Elizabeth McNally Pettus, and has one son Thomas, who attends the University of Kansas. Elizabeth McNally Pettus, a native of Stamford, Connecticut, graduated from Pomona College in Claremont California with a degree in English Literature. Despite this, she attained a position in the world of investment banking before discovering the lure of the Antique Jewelry business, where she does not take all of the good stuff home, no matter what anyone says.
